Acoustic or musical, which one do you consider more?

Many HIFi audio enthusiasts do not have a good grasp of the essence of audio, and will only blindly discuss audio equipment, allowing the market to maliciously raise prices. But in essence, what is the nepotism between audio and music? The GAEpro audio editor will take you to explore the acoustic and musical things.

It seems that many "audio enthusiasts" are now doing part-time job of recording quality evaluation. The requirements for the details of audio equipment are very high. Every day, they study faint applause, breathing, and other ridiculous things, so that the sound of singing breathing can be made a little bigger. If it can be more "three-dimensional", it is necessary to spend thousands of dollars to upgrade the equipment. A large number of high-priced moving iron earplugs with a cold sound bottom are such that sales continue to rise.

The result is that a large number of people who used to pay high prices to buy audio for listening to music have become equipment enthusiasts, and they are also studying some very minor differences in audio quality/indicators every day. It is a sad thing.

If you study the musicality, timbre, and aesthetics of the equipment every day, it is really a partial art. Under the premise of the overall sound balance, the difference in timbre between audio equipment is the most important thing, and it is the element that can move the audience.

In fact, equipment with high resolution is often easy to be impatient, because it is difficult to match the amount of details, so it requires high requirements for all aspects of the whole system. In any aspect, there is a short board, and those super large details are easy to become obtrusive, so those British brands Almost a lot of their low-end equipment don’t emphasize details and resolution, but focus on the taste of music. For example, the famous WE speaker should be estimated in terms of acoustic performance. Hui × Love × C × V, just pick one Thousands of dollars will kill it in seconds, but WE is good. Another example is Herbeth. I don't know who translated it. It's a master translation. "Aficionados" who study the details of the drool sound will think that spending more than 10,000 yuan to buy a Herbeth speaker (or a bookshelf box) is a "completely fooled" thing. They would rather spend 5,000 yuan to get a motion that "can hear "a lot of details". iron earplugs

In fact, I have a good suggestion for these people. You can choose parts to assemble or buy DIY equipment as long as the other party guarantees that almost all parts and even the solder in the case are of high specification (such as military). If the unit in the headset is called If the famous headphone cable is made of sterling silver, the equipment will definitely have super details and the price is very cheap. In an instant, it will catch up with the Premier League, the United States, the United States, the Senhai fist, and the AKG. In contrast, LINN Music Fax MBL SPL These are all "inflated prices to deceive users." "Yes.

How to improve your ability to evaluate the "music" of equipment Balanced and appealing sound

In fact, the truth is really simple. Audio equipment is not mainly a physical problem, but a problem in the art field. It requires designers and tuners to have a good taste in music and art to be able to design truly musical audio equipment. The basics.
