What is a Class G amplifier?

　　Class G can switch between two discrete supply voltages. The advantage is that it is normally low voltage, but switches to high voltage when the signal level requires it. A-D is a common classification of Z, and it is divided according to the conduction angle of the transistor.

　　1. If it is full-cycle conduction, it belongs to class A (class A). The conduction angle of class A is large, the efficiency is low, but the distortion is small. The theoretical efficiency is less than 50%, and the actual efficiency is generally less than 30%.

　　2. If the conduction angle is above the half cycle and below the full cycle, it belongs to class AB (class A and class B), and the efficiency of class AB is higher than that of class A.

The theoretical efficiency is 78.5%, but the actual efficiency is more than 50-60%.
