The speaker sound is distorted and hoarse, what's the problem?

Problem details: But the sound of the speaker becomes distorted and hoarse, accompanied by a slight current and squeaking sound

Answer: 1. There is debris in the magnetic gap: if debris enters the magnetic gap, the voice coil will rub against the debris when vibrating, resulting in a hoarse voice. 2. Voice coil rubbing core: The position of the voice coil is not correct, and it rubs against the magnetic core, causing sound distortion. Correct the position of the voice coil or replace the voice coil. 3. Paper cone rupture: the paper cone should be replaced if the damaged area is large, and the small damaged area can be repaired with a paper cone or other tougher paper. 4. Box body: The box body is sealed or the decorative net cover is not installed firmly, etc., which will cause cracking sound during playback. In addition, if the panel of the box body is too high to cause resonance, it will also produce abnormal sound.

The sound is hoarse: when the microphone is unplugged, a strong level will be generated at the moment of circuit contact (this level is actually a distorted audio signal), and the distorted level signal will be amplified and then the speaker will be hoarse. the sound of. Low sound: Because the general manufacturer knows that there is this phenomenon, but try to reduce the bad feeling caused by this phenomenon and add a compressor. It will be fine for a while: because the compressor has a starting level, and the compressor will only work when there is a level of distortion. When the signal is normal (no distortion), the compressor will not work. This is normal.
