New ferrite material: high-power, low-weight magnetic circuit design
RCF precision engineers have developed a new ferrite magnet that can provide higher magnetic flux in the new Z low weight design. Thanks to this new technology, all new RCF precision ferrite products have reached a comparable low weight. In order to optimize the new design performance, new specific magnet sizes and molds were developed. RCF precision engineers are committed to developing a magnetic circuit topology that can provide Z high and balanced performance levels in three specific areas: maintaining a consistent, highly complete magnetic flux gap, design techniques to reduce distortion, and low weight in Z The magnetic circuit is effectively integrated in the design.
