How to eliminate audio current sounds

　　1. Electromagnetic interference

Electromagnetic interference can also be divided into power transformer interference and strange electromagnetic wave interference.

　　1. Power transformer interference

Due to the power leakage of the multimedia speakers, the effect of adding a shielding cover to the transformer with conditions permit is very obvious. It can maximize the omission block, and the shielding cover can only be made with iron materials. We should try to choose big brands and solid materials. In addition, using external transformers is also a good solution.

　　2. Moisturizing electromagnetic wave interference

More common, speaker wires, frequency divisions, wireless devices or computer hosts will all become a source of interference. Keep the main speaker away from the computer host as much as possible and reduce the surrounding wireless devices.

　　2. Mechanical noise

Mechanical noise is unique to active speakers. During the working process, the iron core vibration caused by the transformer magnetic field will produce mechanical noise, which is similar to the buzz from the fluorescent lamp ballast. Choosing quality products is still the best way to prevent this noise. In addition, we can install a rubber shock absorption layer between the transformer and the fixed plate.

　　Three, heat noise

If the potentiometer is used for a long time, the metal brush and the membrane will have poor contact due to the accumulation and wear of dust, and noise will be generated when rotating. If the screws of the speaker are not tightened, the pipe is not handled in place, and mechanical noise will also produce when playing large dynamic music.

Treatment of this heat noise can be one of the effective ways to replace low noise components or reduce the work load of components. In addition, reducing working temperature is also one of the effective ways.
