  RCF precision engineers have developed a new ferrite magnet that can provide higher magnetic flux in the new minimum weight design. Thanks to this new technology, all new RCF precision ferrite products have reached a comparable minimum weight. In order to optimize the new design performance, new specific magnet sizes and molds were developed. RCF precision engineers are committed to developing a magnetic circuit topology that can provide the highest and balanced level of performance in three specific areas: maintaining a consistent, highly complete magnetic flux gap, design techniques to reduce distortion, and in the smallest weight design Effectively integrate the magnetic circuit. The t-pole design is optimized to produce the smallest amount of magnetic flux modulation during a typical voice coil gap movement.

  Double forced ventilation system

  In our complex cooling design, the various components are combined to form an ideal ventilation system. Starting from the design of the basket, RCF has been committed to providing fin cooling channels while optimizing the available surface area so that the front magnetic plate can effectively dissipate heat. When assembled and placed on the basket, the front plate, ceramic core, and back plate are part of the ventilation system that is protruded by a cooling trough that is precisely machined through all three components. The system provides colder working conditions and optimal power compression. The perfect balance of noise control inside the voice coil and air displacement is ensured by a diffracter placed in the center of the pole piece.
