The reason why the audio is not sounded

　　1. The speaker wiring is broken or the frequency division appears abnormal

　　After the speaker wiring is broken, the speaker unit does not motivate voltage, and there will be silent failure. The frequency division is generally not easy to break the wire. However, the phenomenon such as the leading welding and the short circuit of frequency capacitors may occur.

　　2. Sound fracture

　　You can use a multimeter R × 1 to measure the leading welding sheet of the speaker. If the resistance value is ∞, you can use a knife to scrape the paint on both ends of the audio. If it is not connected, it means that there is a disconnection inside the audio ring. If the measurement is connected and there is a "Kazakh sound", it means that the sound ring is broken. In this case The lines with similar lines are welded.

　　3. The speaker lead is broken

　　Because the speakers vibration will be very frequent, this will also make the woven wires easily break. Sometimes the wires are broken, but the cotton core wire is still connected. A little soft guide line instead.

　　4. The audio coil burning

　　Use a multimeter R × 1 to measure the lead of the speaker. If the resistance value is close to 0Ω, there will be no Kazakh sound, which means that the sound coil is burned. Before changing the audio coil, you should remove the miscellaneous objects between the magnetic gaps, be careful. Put the new audio coil into the magnetic gap, correct the sound coil, and use the powerful glue to fix the upper and lower positions of the audio rings while listening. After the sound coil is placed in the best position, fill the gap between the sound coil and the paper basin with the gap of the powerful glue to the general, seal the dust cover, and put the speaker paper basin up.
