Beam lamps are focused because of their small angle of light output. So it can produce rich stage shapes. Another is that the lamps are small, scan faster and make the stage more active. Beam lamp is a more precise stage audio equipment, which combines electronics, machinery and optics. It has higher requirements on environment, transportation, use and so on, so its failure rate is also higher. Here, combined with the failure phenomenon, make an analysis of the possible causes, for reference of the relevant personnel.
There are still some differences in the construction of beam lamps from our traditional computer lamps. The first is the lamp circuit; Traditionally, computer lamps used to have light bulb circuits with inductance ballasts and triggers, but beam lamps typically used electronic ballasts (aka light bulbs) without triggers. There is an additional PFC (AC220V to DC380V) because the input of the ballast is DC 380V. The second part is the control part: the beam lamp basically uses the switch power supply to change the voltage, which communicates the traditional hungry inductance transformer. Because the switch power supply is used, the stability of the rear control line is greatly enhanced. Due to the technical difficulty of the switching power supply, the fault probability is slightly higher than that of the inductance transformer. Because the switch power supply is used, the beam lamp is not affected by changes in external voltage. It can be input at full voltage (110V-240V). The problem point caused by the unstable voltage will not exist. For some common failures, the analysis is as follows:
Common Failure 1: Power-on No Response?
1. Whether the power supply is normal or not and the power cord of the lamp is off;
(2) whether the fuse of the lamp has burned out;
3. Whether the switch power supply of the lamp outputs voltage or not.
Common Failure 2: Turn on the gun?
1. First judge whether the bulb is good or bad, check if the bulb core contacts are burnt, and whether the bulb core itself is broken.
2. Determine if the lamp is in the dot-bulb state, measure whether the main board dot-bulb voltage output is normal, normally 26-28V.
3. If the above two points are correct, measure whether there is about 380V DC voltage output in the PFC output (the input end of the lamp). If there is output, PFC is good, so that you can directly determine if there is a problem with the lamp.
